She is very consistent in returning your phone calls and email. She is very helpful and very nice to talk with. My only issue was the Mann Mortgage she recommended. Be cautious and try to check the company background of the mortgage company. Be sure that you lock the interest rate from pre qualification stage. My closing costs was very high. Be sure you have asked the closing cost and OFFER price of the property. Every dollars must be negotiated when making an offer not only the Offer price of the property.
